Shared exploration towards growth and discovery

I believe we are all lifelong learners. None of us has all the answers, and we each carry gaps in our understanding often ones we don’t even realize until we’re in conversation with others or navigating a painful moment with a patient. This work is always evolving, shaped by deeper listening and by centering the voices of those with lived experience. For me, learning means knowing when to ask questions, staying open, and remaining grounded in curiosity.

Learning is never a solitary act it happens in relationship. The therapeutic encounter is a space for mutual growth, where learning unfolds through connection and the courage to face not only what we know, but also what we don’t. In our work together, I strive to create a container where we can think freely, explore openly, and challenge assumptions, our own and the field’s. This is not a space of experts, bur one of shared inquiry, where mutual respect and willingness to learn from one another guide the process.

I offer training and education on gender-affirming care, with a focus on working with trans and gender expansive people, especially around eating disorders and body image complexities. I also provide trainings on group work within LGBTQIA2S+ communities and exploring gender identity within Orthodox Jewish communities.

This learning can be offered in agencies, classrooms, clinical settings, or community spaces, and are always tailored to meet the needs of the group.

“Lenni is open, thoughtful, patient, and an engaged listener. Their insights are valuable and often have me looking at my life and my relationships from new perspectives. I appreciate how I appreciate how Lenni pushes and challenges me in ways that echo their deep love and care. In our hardest moments, I can always feel them in the room sitting alongside me.
