If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
I will provide a monthly Superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.

Sliding scale options can be discussed during our initial session.
I aim to eliminate structural barriers to accessing therapy, and I believe having a fee that works for you consistently is key to the sustainability of our work together.
We’ll discuss your needs and come up with a plan that works for both of us.
I will never ask for proof of income in order to request sliding scale spots.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before our session incur no charge.
If notice is given with less than 48 hours or if a session is missed, the full session fee will be charged.

To set up your first session, contact me directly by email or the contact page to schedule a free 10–15 minute phone consultation.
During our call, you’re welcome to share as much as you’re comfortable about what brings you to this moment and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also share how I approach the work and answer any questions you may have.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session, and I’ll send the necessary paperwork through Simple Practice for you to complete before we meet.

Individual sessions can always shift to Telehealth if you are feeling unwell.
The office will use HEPA air filtration and routine cleaning.
I encourage you to use your own judgment masking/staying home when sick with other illnesses.
I welcome all conversations around what you need to feel comfortable in the space.
